Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information TaraLaro ("we") collects when you visit the site and play the games. We aim to collect as little as possible. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and apply the same care to visitors from every country.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number. If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.

Game saves (local storage)

The games save your progress, best scores and settings (such as sound on or off) in your browser's local storage, on your own device. This data is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings; doing so resets your progress.

Cookies

The site itself does not set cookies. If we turn on advertising in the future, our advertising partner may use cookies or similar technology, as described below, and we will update this page before that happens.

Advertising

The site currently shows no ads and loads no advertising scripts. In the future we may show ads through a partner such as Google (for example the Google H5 Games Ads programme). Ad partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show ads, limit how often you see them and measure them. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent first, and you will be able to choose non-personalised ads. Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites and does not build a profile of you. It records basic, aggregated information such as the page visited, the referring site, the country and the browser type.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on a content delivery network that may briefly keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Children

Our games are suitable for a general audience, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Because the site has no accounts, chat or sign-up forms, children cannot share personal information through it. If ads are turned on, we will ask our ad partner to treat the site as mixed-audience and to show only non-personalised ads to users we know are children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Since we hold almost none, this is usually limited to emails you have sent us.
